I got my dads autopsy report
So my dad passed away in August of 2015. A few months ago I had asked the coroner for the report and it finally came. I had originally wanted reports from what happened on the scene but I don't know if I am up to that yet.
So his report came and his official cause of death was drowning. His upper airways were clear but it was his lungs that couldn't move any oxygen. He was perfect otherwise. He was just called home.
I told my husband I wouldn't open it while he was home but I did anyway.
