Bad pains

I'm 6w2d today and I had a miscarriage a year ago! I am worried because I've been having bad sharp pains in my rectum and my vagina (I know.. TMI) but I am hoping everything is ok. I wanted to go to urgent care but thinking er would be better and faster! It's the weirdest pains that come and go and when it happens my whole body tenses up! I tried looking online but I can't find anything about this... 😥😥😥
