Pre-existing hypertension
Hey ladies! I just found out I'm pregnant and due in mid December. My doctor wants to see me right away since I have pre-existing hypertension. I am currently on a high dose water pill, Triamterene, and it keeps it normal. Has anyone else dealt with this or anything similar? Did you have complications?
I workout daily and eat a very healthy diet plan and keep calories between 1200-1500 to lose weight to help with lowering it.
