32 weeks& in (almost) pretermlabor?!

Question

I turned 32 weeks yesterday, today I had a doctors appointment. I'm 1 cm dilated and 50% thinned out! I'm not scared that she might come early, I'm scared that I'm unprepared! Has anybody else gone through or are currently going through a similar situation?!

I was 2cm and thinned from week 27-38. Does not indicate that you will deliver early!

I was 1 cm and 80% at 33w. I didn't deliver my son until 37w5d. Definitely get everything in order. But those measurements do not mean your baby will come too early. You're just at a point in your pregnancy where it's best to be prepared

You can be 1cm dialled for the rest of your pregnancy.. it's really no indication of labor.. if you lose your plug.. your water breaks or you have contractions then I'd worry. I know it sounds scary to be 1cm but it's really no indicator of anything.. some women are 4 or 5 cm dilated for weeks. Just keep an eye on stuff and don't be afraid to call your ob
