Delayed cord clamping and placenta encapsulation

I have been researching all sorts of things for this pregnancy. Delayed cord clamping and placenta encapsulation caught my eye. Has anyone had either of these done and what are your thoughts about them? I want to do the very best for my baby, and for my body afterwards. Thank you for any information.
