Getting sick near/on my period?

So I'm 14 and ever since last year, I have experienced nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. near or on my period every other month, sometimes being months in a row. I've been to the doctor, and I have heavy periods, Raynaud's syndrome in my hands and feet, and some type of acne or rash all over my thighs. I feel like all of these issues could be related to becoming sick monthly, but I'm not sure. My doctors don't seem to take all of these factors into consideration, and they say that "this was how I was made" but I honestly don't believe that I was made to have cardiovascular and skin issues... Does anyone know what these problems could be related to?
