2 periods within a month????

I was on both control for 5 months. I stopped taking the pill In January. I had withdrawal bleeding in February and got my first period after being off of birth control from April 2nd - 8th. Yesterday morning I was having light pink spotting, then yesterday night it got to a dark red almost like period blood red. And this morning I went to the bathroom there was red blood on my underwear and when I wiped. The blood even dropped in the toilet when I peed. My fertile week isn't until monday. What the heck is going on??? Is this normal after getting off of birth control?? Also lastnight someone tried to steal our cars and it made me nervous and caused a stomach ache after that. But I wouldn't think that would induce a period after I just finished mine a week ago?????
