TOLAC

So, my last pregnancy was 5&1/2 years ago, I had an emergency c-section after an early induced labor. Im trying to weigh my options on whether to do another c-section or to try a vaginal birth. The paper the doctor gave me makes trying a vaginal birth very dangerous. Im torn anyways because I know what to expect from a cesarean. Have any of you ever had a successful VBAC? Or anyone else in this same situation with some insight, please only comments from moms going through this, have gone through this, or medical professionals who have assisted these situations.
