PCOS Advice

I was just told my ultrasound results came back positive for PCOS. I'm full of a mixture of feelings. I'm happy that after 2 years I finally have answers to an array of questions, but also saddened that there is something wrong. ReguarIess I am going to stay positive and move forward. I was curious what advice some of you ladies may have for me. Since I am new to this what is there to expect in the future, with trying to concieve, and anything else. Thank you :)
