Feeling crappy

Hi guys need some advice. Me and my partner have bee trying to have baby for 18months and still not caught. Been to doc and found out i have a cyst on back of my uterus and on my left ovary and i possibly have endometriosis and i have had my blood take to check hormones i got results monday. But today i started my second period of the month. I feel so crap has anyone else gone threw or is going threw the same thing as me????
