Period only on the 🚽

Today I started my period. I regularly have horrible periods-debilitating cramps, filling tampons left and right, fatigue, nausea, weakness etc. Today was worse than normal I used all of my regular techniques and the cramps would not stop. I debated going to the hospital... I decided to stop using the tamps after reading they could add to cramps. Now the only time I bleed is right before/during I pee. All the blood comes out and leaves a giant puddle in the bottom of the toilet. Nothing on the pad just this puddle after peeing. I'm wondering if anyone has any idea why this is happening? Or why my period isn't coming out into the pad. thank you! I do have a few pics if anyone wants to see
