Some of my show?

Hi all.

I have been getting constant lower stomach pain the past week and I thought I might be going in to labour, but I got checked at the hospital today and I got told I haven't dilated at all. I'm currently lying in bed and felt something a bit wet so I grabbed a baby wipe and popped it between my legs and when I moved it I noticed this little blob of jelly with what looks like tiny blood vessels in it. Sorry for the pic upload but could this be a bit of my show?
