Waiting after miscarriage

My bbt has been all over the place since my (natural) miscarriage on March 26 at 6 weeks. I'm impatiently waiting for AF to show so I can get back on cycle. I have read this can take 4-7 weeks. Any one have a similar experience to share that might give me some hope? We want our rainbow baby 😔
