Tests normal what does this mean??

Heyyy everyone I just got my blood work tests back no thyroid all my numbers are normal been ttc almost a year. My so has two previous children youngest 5. They did an internal ultra sound today all normal. They did more blood work for progesterone levels and they sent me home with sperm analysis rx. Dr said if that's all normal next step is more invasive procedures like looking at my tubes and stuff. Should I be worried I thought that by having all this stuff done and it being fine I'd be relieved. I thought they would tell me oh this is low do this you'll be good. Im 31 any one have any ideas ?? I dont want invasive procedures are they cutting me open?? Help!!
