Body Acne

Lately I've been breaking out badly on my back and on my chest. I'm 17 and I'm afraid that it won't be clear for prom next year. I've tried African Black Soap and using Antibiotic treatment but it doesn't seem to be improving. Summer is around the corner and I'm so embarrassed to go out in anything that is not a t-shirt or a long sleeve. If any of you guys know if any remedies or medications that may help me please let me know!! I need as much help as I can get
