Anyone have Endometriosis?

I'm currently going to the doctors office about every two weeks. I am taking the steps to figure out what is going on down there.. My periods last for months. I'm currently on my 94th day of bleeding. I have pelvic pain that feels so sharp. I get these clot looking things the size of nickels come out..I'm sorry tmi.. I'm just trying to understand what's going on. I don't have cysts or masses, I had a pelvic ultrasound and everything came back normal. He said endometriosis is possible as well as hormone imbalance so I  get blood work done on Monday. Is there anyone out there who has had these symptoms? Anyone with endometriosis that can relate to this at all? Can you conceive after they clean and flush you out? Will it greater your chances?
