Sweaty hands

Alright so, for years I have suffered from sevre sweating in my hands. I coukd be sitting doing nothing and they get sweaty, in school taking a test and sweat drips down, same with taking notes. I don't high five people or shake hands because of it. I have tried everything else i could and went to get expert advice. He said that botox could work. I read online it only lasts between 2-4 months then you gotta get it again but does anyone know if it eventually stops for good because of the treatments so i won't have to go back my whole life? And has anyone ever gotten botox in their hands for sweaty hands? If so explain the process and results?. I'm just so fed up with it already.
