HELP HELP What should i eat ??? So I've been breastfeeding really good I've have a greedy baby boy. But he is gassy and it smells bad. His poop is yellowish orange thick and he doesn't poop often. What should I eat to get him going and not be so fussy when it's gassy or poopy time.
