Stopped breastfeeding 1 month ago. Can I try again??

I stopped breastfeeding about a month ago because I wasn't producing enough milk to satisfy my baby. He was born on February 21st, so he is 10 weeks old. He is exclusively formula fed now. But I feel incredibly guilty that he isn't getting my milk😞 if I squeeze my nipples I can get drops out still. Can I start pumping again? Will that get my supply up for him? Or is it too late? Also I need some tips to get my milk production going
