Sti test questions

So I took a urine test to test for sti's because my doctor think I have arthritis and it could be possibly caused by an STI but on the weekend I smoked some weed for the first time and I'm just kinda freaking out, are they going to see that in my pee or are they only going to see that if they check for it?
