3 days late. Tips to bring on Satans waterfall?

Shit. I just started tracking my periods a few months ago. Now I have this freaking little alarm that keeps telling me Hey! Your period is late!! I'm now 3 days late and kinda getting scared. Does anyone have any tips to share for bringing on your period if it's just late?

Stress can also stop your period, if it's a negative pregnancy test then you should be fine. My period is so up and down and every month is different. It can come exactly on point, sometimes it come 5 days late or 3 days early. Try not to stress to much :)

In the same boat as you :( right now I'm 2 days late, but my period is usually really accurate. Will probably do the same and take a test if it's any longer of a wait. Good luck girly ❤️

The last 2 months mine have been 5 days "late". I just don't think i'm a 28 day cycle kind of girl when i'm off the pill
