I know stupid but urgggg

So I'm running around stop at a drive thru to get some lunch. I sit there about 2o mins. The lady in front of me finally says I need to get out and go back to work so we all back out. I park and go inside and asked if there is some thing wrong with the intercom. The guy wasn't wearing the head thingy to communicate to the drive thru and the 2 ladies in back are just kinda walking around and laughing. Urgggg just made me so mad. BTW nothing wrong with their systems he just wasn't responding to anyone outside.
