No judgement please.. If so don't read how long does it take if you have a beer while breastfeeding to get out before you can feed your baby

I just had my baby premmie on May 2 at 32 weeks 3 days and been threw a lot this pregnancy she's a identical twin girl to her sister and I lost her sister @21weeks due to malpractice surgery from twin to twin transfusion syndrome and they messed up instead of layering to separate the blood vessels from her and her sister they burn the healthy twins which was her sisters off completely... So she passed the day after.. I just had her sister Monday.. And tonight is Friday been super stressed and depressed this whole pregnancy so I'm having a drink ... My milk just came in well the colostrum.. Little drops... And thought it would be better to have a drink now before my actual milk comes in.... How many days does it take ..?? Till I could actually give her my milk I'm still pumping and drinking lots of fluid but just need advice... I know I shouldn't of done it but just needed to get away and clear my mind after everything ... Don't judge please if you have negative comments keep going because I don't have time to read them  thanks
