Watery discharge

I don't want to assume I'm leaking amniotic fluid, so I want to see if you ladies have any ideas as to what this could be. Google is no help. I've been on bed rest due to preterm labor and past premature births. Friday at my 33 weeks appt my doc said things are looking better, so I can start mild activity again. Well last night I had sex with my husband for the first time in like two months, and during sex I was very uncomfortable in my vagine. I didn't let my husband "go" inside of me, and I did not climax out of fear it'd trigger labor. After sex I was having contractions that only lasted like an hour, and then stopped. This morning I woke up earlier than normal because I was uncomfortable from back pain, and my undies has clear wet spot in them probably the diameter of a cuties orange. I changed them, and still have this watery discharge that leaves a wet spot in my undies. I'm not having contractions, and I'm feeling baby move just fine. I've had my membranes rupture prematurely in previous pregnancies, but it was a lot different than this. Thoughts? Obviously I am going to call my doctor, but wanted to see what you ladies might think t is and if this has happened to you. Happy Mother's Day!
