How do I prepare frozen breast milk?

I have been slowly filling up my freezer with breast milk in breast milk freezer bags... After thawing the breast milk in warm water, do I need to hear the milk before feeding my son? I'm not sure how to prepare a bottle?

Recently, I started using Milkies Milk Trays to freeze my milk. They form perfect little milk bars that I drop into the bottle. Then, I warm the bottle in my bottle warmer. The bars measure out to be 1 oz per bar, so it's super helpful. I think you'd like it! I do this so I wouldn't have to unfreeze large bags of milk at a time.

My daughter doesn't care if it's cold or warm. She is a piggy and as long as she gets it, she is happy lol

You just run it under hot water so that it can warm up that way. You drop a drop on your wrist and if you can't feel it then it's the right temperature.

Some babies will take milk cold, others prefer a little warm. If the water you run it under doesn't warm it enough you can purchase bottle warmers.
