Husband's birthday

I need help with gift and party ideas for my husband's birthday. It's in two weeks and I don't know what to do! He turns 28 years old, is an engineer and his most favorite hobbies are video games, cooking, and tech stuff. Every year I have tried to do something different for his birthday, but this time I need serious help with some suggestions. Thanks!
