I think I made a mistake what do I do ?

I recently about four months ago go out of a serious relationship with my love on boyfriend of two years and I have Been only focusing on myself and have been doing a really good job a lot of guys have reached out to me more men than I have ever had in my life pay attention to me and I had no interest it was flattering but no interest . I used to even a nanny and I'm super close with the people I worked for and I went for dinner a few weeks ago at their house and they had friends over that I've known for a while through them and one of the friends asked me on a date and I was hesitant because he's not my type physically and I obviously want to be very careful because he's friends with people that are super important to me and I have not been involved with anyone for months and I just wanted to be cautious . Well we have been spending time together I love his personality he's a great guy with a ton of things going for him and he's older and is really sweet to me he says really flattering things to me it's just been really refreshing . We ended up drinking a lot of wine and having deep conversations at his hosie and he kissed me and tried to take it further and I explained how I just was not ready for that because of who he is and I want to be careful and not jump into anything and he said he knows I'm worth the wait bla bla lol . Well I stayed be night because we drank too much for me to drive home and ended up having sex he didn't force me but I felt pressured and just gave in and felt so weird about it in the morning I left while he was sleeping and left him a note . He's really into me and I like him but it was too fast for me and I don't know how to go about it do I its not talk to him or do I tell him that ? I know I should have not given in and that sounds stupid but I felt super pressured I'm 25 and he's 34 so there's quite and age gap and we're adults so I probably should just address the issue but I don't know how . HELP?????????
