Poopy diapers while breastfeeding newborn

My baby is one week old today. She is primarily breastfed but due to her dropping 10% early on we supplement with a little formula after some feeding sessions if she still seems hungry (a total of 2-3 oz a day of formula). I've read babies who are eating enough have 3-4 poopy diapers a day at this age. She has only been having one but it's always one very big BM rather than several smaller ones. Is this anything to worry about? We see the pediatrician again In 2 days, so I'll obviously ask then too
