Sleeve/No sleeve?

I forgot to take a picture without the sleeve 😖. I'm pretty short (5'3"?) and I wasn't sure about the long dress. This one fit nicely though, what do you guys think? 
Also, curly/straight hair? 😷

This dress looks great on you. You can wear your hair either way but wear it up or to the side to show the off the shoulder detail on the dress and heels. You look beautiful.

Sleeve with heels and curly hair you can put it to the side to and curl it if so you should get the thing in your hair to match you heels and clutch

Curly hair. The sleeve makes it look unique but so does the slit so if you feel like it's too much it'll look great without it.
