Leaking nipples??

I'm 23 weeks pregnant. Today was the first time my nipples have really been sore in this pregnancy. My nipples have a clear liquid if I squeeze it gently..is this colostrum? I've never experienced this so I was wondering if it's just my breasts preparing for milk or a possible infection.

Its colustrum its normal its what the baby will feed on for the first few days since actual milk does not come in until 3-4 days up to a week after birth you can get some reuseable nursing pads and wringe them out and freeze what comes out if you are going to breast feed

I've been going thru the same thing since 20 weeks. It's colostrum. Totally normal!

It is normal. I would recommend finding some nipple pads to wear at night. I ruined a few good sleep shirts due to leaking!
