Sex advice to minors

I just don't see how it's acceptable to give sex advice to a minor . I see grown women encouraging young girls to have sex or to do this or "do what makes you happy" . When in my opinion we should be encouraging these young ladies to focus on school and building a life before we push them in the bed . It upsets me to see a 15 yr (any minor age ) ask should she have sex and everyone says if your ready
