Legs cramping / miscarriage

My body unfortunately is having a miscarriage. I started bleeding on the 22nd and there was still a fetal pole. Yesterday the 24th there was no fetal pole but it was still present.. So now I still haven't passed any clots at all and my legs are very crampy. Has anyone else experienced very sore and crampy legs? Should I be concerned? Is there a time frame i should be passing the tissues? I'm not even cramping a lot anymore.. So hurt and lost 😔
