Cramps at 5 weeks

What do your cramps feel like in the beginning? I'm basically having period cramps on and off tonight and some cramping I can't really explain. Probably a few times a day I notice them. Especially at night when I'm focused on it. How did yours feel at this time? Were you scared to death every time? Anything that helps relieve the pain? Just want some reassuring feedback that this is normal right now. :)
