Chlamydia and fertility..

I know leaving chlamydia untreated can cause infertility. I had sex 2 weeks ago and the condom broke. So I'm going to get tested just Incase. I started af today and I will be getting an appointment to be tested for chlamydia next week when my period will be finished. If I do have it, by the time I get my results and get treatment I would have had it for about a month. So in this time could it have caused any damage fertility wise? I don't want children yet but I do one day.
