Did he make the right choice?

A father of two kids a 7 year old boy and a 5 year old girl was out shopping in Walmart one weekend. Both kids needed to use the restroom. The father had to choose whether or not to leave his 5 year old daughter waiting outside the door or to take her into the men's restroom with with her brother to use the restroom. He was suckered punch by a guy for having his daughter in the men's restroom. Do you think he should left left daughter outside waiting until her brother was done? Sent her into the ladies restroom alone? Or did he do the right thing
