Ok glow ladies. Help a girl out

So I'm 11 weeks along and for the last 2 days, I've been having this weird stabbing pain in my vagina. It's the only way I can describe it. Sorry. It feels like it's at my cervix but who knows. So today, it started to burn when I peed. I'm not having any bleeding or anything. I'm just seriously freaking out after 2 miscarriages. I saw the baby and strong heartbeat at 8 weeks... what do you ladies think?
