I need you ladies' help!

My boyfriend never initiates sex. We've been together for a year plus live together and we've had a month long dry spell. I'm an extremely sexual person. I'd do it everyday if he'd let me but he's rarely in the mood. No he isn't cheating on me or doesn't find me attractive. He has nerve damage from the war to his privates so it's hard for him to get off or up.

I just would greatly appreciate it if some of you ladies could give me an idea of how to initiate it where he won't say no or he's tired or whatever. I just really want to turn him on.
