In the story a 10 month old was laughing loudly and the couple behind the parents wrote them a note saying their baby ruined their meal. The manager told the people who wrote the note to leave then paid for the couples meal that had the baby. Now I have a Texas roadhouse in my town so I know they welcome children, they even have high chairs. It's a family place.
