Midwife Cath?????

Hello- just wondering if anyone here has used/ followed Midwife Caths First Six Months book and/ or the Bath Bottle Bed routine? If so, does anyone have any feedback? Thank you very much!

Bath bottle bed is a good place to start. Gets baby relaxed and settled. I used to use johnsons bedtime bath before settling my son down. Start about an hour before baby's bedtime
I haven't read the book to be totally honest but routine works. I went back to work after 6 weeks so needed him to be on my schedule. 
I'll be doing it again with this one when he/she comes but plan to spend more time at home.

Hey hun I've never read these books however BIG routine worked great for my daughter. We "night" trained her from very early on and was sleeping throughout the night by week 6 😊
