Should I have a vaginal or csection

I'm soo confused! My babies are both breech right now, but if A turns cephalic (head down) I may have the option of doing a vaginal birth for Baby A. Baby B who has always been transverse or breech may be turned or delivered breech if the dr sticks his hand up and pulls him.

Or they may have to just do a csection after vaginal birth of A.

My question is should I try vaginal or just go for the csection. I want what's healthiest for the babies. Either way I have to deliver in the operating room.
