Is there ever a "right" time?

I use the term "right" very loosely when it comes to pregnancy and becoming pregnant. I keep on hearing about people waiting for the "right time" or the "perfect time". What is the right time or perfect an is there even such thing as one. I have many a friends who are "oh by the way I'm pregnant" an then you have people who are "well were just waiting for the right time". I face this with my own fertility issues and the slight push of his family (who I haven't fully met yet) wen the great grand babies and grand babies are gonna be popping and my own mom has started to hint. Yikes. My boyfriend keeps switching between you'd be a good mommy and when the time is "right". I know ever situation is different but is there such thing as the right time? Do you wish you waited/are you happy? Or Are you mad you waited/are you happy?
