Could it be stress or.....?

I've been on mirena IUD since 12/10/15, dec.-April I bled almost non stop like there was a time I bled for 2 months straight in February to March. Well may 9th I started my period it was light and normal lasted 6 maybe 7 days. Well me and my husband had sex prior to starting my period in may like April 21st-29th and after stopping it in May. I'm having my mirena IUD removed in 2 days but I haven't bled at all since May 9th to May 15th. I'm 5 days late and I know it's possible that my body is getting use to it but all I have been feeling is like I'm going to start and nothing.....

Any idea?? I thought it could be stress but normally I would be starting worse then normal because of stress.
