Confused

For the past two days I've been having some problems it started with cramping and sticky/stringy orange spotting almost (I'm supposed to start ovulation tomorrow this was two days ago) and I've been feeling really sick. Yesterday I tried to have intercourse with my boyfriend and it felt like I had glass shards lining my vagina and it hurt so much inside I made him stop because I thought I was actually going to get sick I was so uncomfortable. I'm a little freaked.
