Pain down there...

Okay so I shave down there about twice a month max because I like to give everything a chance to grow back and breathe but for about a month now I have this pain down on the outer lip area and it was a cut before but now it's a bump and it's really painful with any underwear that touches the outer lip area. Is there any STD's that could possibly be happening or could it possibly just be an infected cut
