Cockroaches!

We just moved into a new house, this will be our 2nd night here and we've already seen/killed 3 cockroaches and they were HUGE!! I've also seen them on the front porch and found a couple dead ones in the house while cleaning as well. This is a rental house, what should we do?! If we're already seeing them could this mean there is an infestation?
