Wondering why you were diagnosed with it? What symptoms did you have? What did your doctor do to see if you had it?

An ultrasound showed multiple follicles in a PCOS pattern on my right ovary, but other than that nothing. I have A-Typical PCOS

I had irregular periods and weight gain. The doctor did an ultrasound and found 10 cysts on my ovaries which confirmed that I had pcos

I went off birth control and never got my period back, but would spot occasionally. Added to that, I had acne and excess hair growth. My RE did ultrasound and bloodwork to confirm the diagnosis
