1-2 weeks

So I tested last Tuesday I believe when I got my BFP. Read 1-2. I tested again today (Monday) almost a week later with the digital weeks estimator (I know it's from ovulation) it's still at 1-2. How long did it take for you to get 2-3? I guess I am exactly 4 weeks according to glow. So retest in a few days and maybe I'll get my 2-3? Have a doc appt the 21st. I just wanna make sure my levels are going up!!! Freaking myself out of course.
