Nasal congestion
My LO is 4 months old, and he has not slept through the night. I think part of that is nasal congestion. He seems to wake up in the middle of the night with a stuffy nose and can't self soothe back to sleep.
We are using a humidifier and nasal aspirator. Going to get some saline drops today to try as well. Any other ideas? Almost to the point of taking him to the Doctor as this has been going on for weeks.
