Uti or yeast infection?

So this is only after I pee. It's like a small pulling sensation almost like I have to pee again but it also happens at random times. I've had this several times after using the today sponge. It's always been a yeast infection or an uti. I went to the doctor for it said it was an uti gave me antibiotics for it and some for a yeast infection just in case it turns into one. They called the next day and said it wasn't an uti just to stay very hydrated and call back if it doesn't get better. I've done that it's helped but now I still feel it but only when I'm really stressed. Coukd it just be in my head? Or what? Tired of going to the doctor 😩
