Need mama advice!!!!

My 4 year old REFUSES to sleep in his own bed!! When he was younger he was sick ALOT so we did have him sleep by us and eventually it became a habbit. We have tried EVERYTHING multiple times. From sleeping with him in room, sitting in his room until he falls asleep, TV on a timer, he has night lights. And I've even gotten a lamp which lights his room up, regardless he will scream and cry until he gets to climb into bed with mommy and daddy!

We have another baby on the way, almost 22 weeks, I really want to try and get my toddler in his own bed before we have baby!!

Please mama's any advice would be sooooo appreciated!!! Hard to have "mommy, daddy time" with him in our bed 😆
